Рассмотрена история культуры винограда в Донбассе, проанализировано текущее состояние отрасли и ее потенциальные возможности в современных природно-климатических и общественно-экономических условиях. Выбраны наиболее перспективные направления подбора сортов в коллекцию Донецкого ботанического сада, что позволит использовать потенциал имеющегося ассортимента и достижений селекции винограда для развития отрасли.
The history of grape cultivation in Donbass is represented, the current state of the industry and its potential in modern climatic and socio-economic conditions are analyzed. The most promising trends for cultivar selection for the collection of the Donetsk Botanical Garden have been chosen, that enabled us to use the potential of the existing assortment and the achievements of grape breeding for further developments of this field.
