Изучены морфологические характеристики и фенологические особенности 8 видов и 30 сортов рода Hemerocallis L. Исследована засухоустойчивость 27 сортов лилейника. На основе изучения оводненности листьев, их водоудерживающей способности и устойчивости к завяданию установлена высокая засухоустойчивость 10 сортов красоднева.

Morphological characteristics and phenological peculiarities of 8 species and 30 sorts of Hemerocallis L. genus have been studied. Drought-resistance of 27 Hemerocallis L. sorts have been under investigation. Basing on the examining the water- bearing of the leaves, their moisture-retentive abilities and their toleranсe to withering, high drought-resistance of 10 day-lily sorts has been fixed.
