Использовали различные типы черенков, сроки черенкования, стимуляторы ризогенеза. Установлено,
что оптимальным сроком для черенкования большинства видов является середина июня
(корнеобразование составляло до 20,3 %), для вида B. thunbergii (корнеобазование – до 80,3 %) – первая
декада июля полуодревесневшими черенками. Применение стимуляторов ризогенеза существенного
влияния на корнеобразовательную способность черенков не оказало.

The article presents experimental material on vegetative propagation of the genus Berberis L. species. Different
types and times of cutting have been used as well as rhizogenesis stimulators. It has been determined that the
optimum time for cutting the most species is the middle of June (root formation was up to 20,3%), for B. thunbergii
species (root formation – up to 80,5 %) – the first decade of July using semi-lignified cuttings. Application of
rhizogenesis stimulators did not influence considerably root-forming capacity of the cuttings.
